Overview of SCG

Building equitable pathways from education to employment

Student Catalyst Gateway™ supports post-secondary students from equity-deserving communities as they navigate education, work, and life transitions with clarity, confidence, and belonging. We focus on learners, including newcomers to Canada, Indigenous, First Nations, Inuit, and Métis students, and students of colour, who often face compounded barriers to employment and are expected to manage career preparation, immigration questions, financial literacy, and mental well-being supports on their own.

SCG™ brings these elements together in one integrated ecosystem of support. Anchored by our flagship ASPIRE Program and complemented by workplace integration, scalable eModules, career coaching and mentorship, mental health and wellbeing supports, and immigration guidance delivered through trusted partners, our pathway-based model meets learners where they are and guides them forward through structured, flexible supports that reflect the real world they are preparing to enter.
