Student Catalyst Gateway™ Flagship Program

ASPIRE Program™

Building Capacity, Clarity, and Marketability for Canada's Emerging Leaders

Purpose and Overview

The ASPIRE Program™ is Student Catalyst Gateway's flagship leadership and career readiness accelerator. Designed for learners from post-high school to PhD, ASPIRE helps participants clarify their purpose, build professional capacity, and strengthen their career marketability.

Delivered over nine weeks in a hybrid format, ASPIRE combines eLearning, live facilitation, mentorship, and applied reflection — running parallel with co-ops, internships, and field placements. The program culminates in the ASPIRE Showcase (Week 9), where participants present to employer professionals and executives, followed by a three-month mentorship phase for continued growth and accountability.
